Summary
Shimonone Takara, a young weird healthy boy, always wanted to become a so called "Stranger". "Strangers" are people, who are able to use an extraordinary power, which "normal" people can't use. One day, a woman named Aria approaches Takara. She belongs to the organization, which is responsible for managing the "Strangers", because sometimes those Strangers become a serious threat to humanity.
