Summary

Souji's existence had been marked by mundane happenings, his parents bickering incessantly, until enchanting Mika enters his life. She flits through each day with a lightness of being that captivates him. Together, they enter a relationship stripped of weighty proclamations such as "love" or "devotion", meeting occasionally without making commitments.
