Summary

In a world where humans and monsters live side by side, the Demon King Zainer rules over everything. The brave hero Maria spends her days locked in fierce battles with him, determined to overthrow the Demon King. One day, Zainer makes Maria an unexpected offer: “If you become my fiancée and queen, I will set this world free.” As it turns out, the two of them have fallen in love over the course of their many clashes. They marry and all seems well—until, right before their daughter is born, Zainer’s affair comes to light and Maria leaves the castle in anger. To get back at him, Maria raises their daughter into a strong, capable hero with the sole purpose of defeating the Demon King. Still hung up on Maria and their daughter, Zainer learns of this plan.
