Marto, an Inuhito boy, lives peacefully with his younger sister Mei while herding sheep in the remote village of Petit Mona. One day, the village is suddenly attacked by the northeastern country ``Berman Empire,\'\' and it burns to the ground overnight. How could something like this happen... Marto and the others were confused, and a mysterious voice came from the radio...! ?
