Summary

Dopeman manga, "This is the Narcotics Control Department. Drop your weapons!" This is Japan where narcotics were legalized. It is here that some drug addicts have attained supernatural powers thanks to the new drug called Icarus. Those addicts, called dopemen, became a threat to common people. And the special investigation unit, aka "D Unit," organized to crack down on them also consists of dopemen. Thus begins a superhuman doping battle!
