Summary

For several centuries, human population has been dwindling following a sharp drop in birthrates. Meanwhile, the most thriving species on Earth are the "Fairies," who are highly intelligent and measure only 10 centimeters tall. As a UN arbitrator, I came back to my hometown to aid my grandfather in acting as a mediator between humans and Fairies. At first, I thought that my task would be simple, so I ventured into one of the Fairy habitats to engage in friendly conversations...
