Summary

Soon, the immense Persona Century Corporation holds nearly all of the world in its firm grasp. However, amidst the few territories still not subjected to its dominance, a charming enigma arrives in Shinjuku - a hazardous and disorderly area overrun by revolutionaries and extremists.
