Summary

Although not naturally gifted academically, Haruko Nanase earned a spot at a prestigious high school and has achieved top marks through her unparalleled dedication. While on a train ride, she stumbled upon a confrontation between a student wearing the same uniform as her. After the altercation ended, the student demanded payment from Haruko, but she managed to escape the situation.
